commission information & terms of service
by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service. i reserve the right to update these terms when necessary.

commission slots
available slots: 2 at a time
slots reopen when one commission is completed.
i work mainly in the evenings due to school and courses.

turn around time
estimated tat: up to 14 days
may vary depending on complexity and schedule.
rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee (if available).

bust (shoulders-up)
rough (mono) / sketch (no/flat colour): $7
light render / clean (less messy lines + colour) : $10
full render (detailed shading & textures) : $14

half body (waist-up)
rough / sketch : $9
light render / clean : $14
full render : $18

3/4 body (knees-up)
rough / sketch : $12
light render / clean : $17

chibi (full body only)

add-ons
extra character: +70% of base price per character
background (simple) : +$3-5
background (detailed) : +$8-15
nsfw / sexual content : +$5-10
please, mind that price may vary depending on complexity.

revisions
up to 2 minor revisions included.
minors: colours, small details, expressions.
major changes after the sketch approval may require extra fees.
please, provide clear references.

payment & process
all prices are listed in usd
payment method : paypal, discord nitro/deco
work begins only after the required upfront payment is received.

rendered commissions
50% of the total price is required upfront as a deposit.
after the sketch is completed, it will be sent for approval.
once approved, the remaining 50% must be paid before the rendering process begins.
rendering will not begin until full payment is received.

sketch-only commissions
100% payment is required upfront.
sketch commissions are final products.

cancellations & downgrades
the initial 50% is non-refundable.
if the commissioner cancels after the sketch phase, the deposit will not be returned.
if the commissioner wishes to downgrade to a sketch-only commission after the sketch is completed, the total payment must match the listed sketch price before the sketch is delivered as a final product.
no refunds are provided after sketch approval.

will do original characters fanart light mecha mild armour humans with animal parts (tails, legs, ears, etc) nsfw & sexual content (with conditions, please read bellow)

will not full furries (animal head/torsos) paedophilic content sexual depiction of minors extreme mecha / heavy armour hate, discrimination, propaganda misinformative content

character depiction
i do not accept racebending or whitewashing.
i am strict about maintaining original character identities.

gender changes are accepted only in the following cases:
female to male / male to female
full au swaps where all characters are changed.

i do not accept:
trans / other gender reinterpretations of characters
partial gender swaps

nsfw & sexual content
nsfw includes: sexual content, gore, body horror, abuse, self-harm, etc.
sexual commissions are accepted only from clients of legal age.
nsfw/sexual works must only be posted in age-restricted or nsfw spaces.
do not post in public/general spaces.
violations result in a permament ban.

usage & ownership
after full payment, the commissioner owns the artwork for personal use only.

you may post it use as an icon/header edit for personal use

you may not resell / mint as nft use for ai training claim as your own work

posting & credit
credit is appreciated but is not required
claiming the artwwork as your own is prohibited

i may post the commissioned artwork only with the commissioner's permission. the posted artwork will include a watermark indicating it is a commissioned artwork with my and (optionally) the commissioner's username.

responsibility & blacklist
the commissioner is fully responsible for how the artwork is used.
i am not responsible for third-party misuse.
breaking my terms of service may result in a permament commission ban.
bans are issued only for tos violations.

right to refuse
i reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
this applies even if the request follows my rules.

by commissioning me, you confirm that:
you have read and understood the following terms.
you agree to follow them.
